Mairead Gurney

Mairead discovered her love for horses at a young age, riding and competing in the Hunters, Jumpers, and Equitations throughout her junior years in Calgary, AB. Drawn to the beautiful west coast, she packed up to work for Natasha Brash shortly after graduation. With the multitude of riding experiences Natasha provided her, she was able to land an incredible job working, riding, and training with Redfield Farms in Califon, NJ and Ocala, FL. With nearly two years their Mairead gained invaluable experience riding and competing at a variety of levels in both the Hunter and Jumper rings. Upon her return to Silver Fox, Mairead has taken over the Assistant Riding & Training position. She understands that being an Equestrian is a huge, important commitment and holds herself to an elite standard when it comes to the care and training of her horses. Her and Natasha work as a strong, incredible team and with an eye for quality and excellence they are confident in the successes of Silver Fox both future and present.
